There is an embarrassingly high choice in deciding what to do. You can attend to New Year’s Eve dinner in one of the trattorias in Trastevere or in an elegant and exclusive restaurant in central Rome. To spend Christmas 2009 and New Year 2010 in Rome you must book early; as a matter of fact the city is traditionally filled with tourists and visitors who choose it as a theatre to celebrate the most important holidays of the year. However there are a lot of last minute offers, low cost flights and flight + hotel offers that allow you to reach Rome from any city or airport either Italian or European.
